SWHS Senior Women Class of 2012

Mission
The goal of the Senior Women's Club is to develop a strong and positive relationship between the SWHS Senior Women.  In order to develop these strong and positive relationships, the Senior Women will participate in school and community activities.  They will also participate in activities and discussions that will help them gain valuable knowledge for their future.

Senior Women 2012 Officers
President: Hannah Speck
• Lead general meetings
• Lead officer meetings
• Send out officer meeting reminders
• Meet with sponsors (Ms. Wilson/ Mrs. Wilcox)/ communicate on a regular basis
• Keep in contact with all officers to track what is going on
• Coordinating Tiger fest

Vice Presidents: Mason Story, Nanette Castillo, Christa Morris
• assist president
• make sure the other officers are doing their jobs
• take turns attending Senior Women meetings and events

Secretaries :Angela Arroyo, Teresa Alvarado
• (girls will alternate attending meetings and taking notes); both girls are welcome to come to every meeting too but one will always be there
• Take minutes of the meetings
• Post minutes of meetings on face book
• In charge of RSVP’s for events (work with Treasure to collect deposits)
• Send out face book reminders
• Make sure that all members have signed relapses saying “yes” to photo publications
• Keep officer attendance at meetings

Historian: Jessica Jones and Maria Ngo
• (girls will take turns or work together in making sure our bulletin board by the principal’s office is updated throughout the year a few times and that we have articles in the paper written about us)
• Take photographs at Senior Women events
• Develop photographs for Senior Women events
• Keep the bulletin board by the principal office updated/ decorated monthly
• Submitting articles/pictures to school newspaper and district website

Social Directors/ community service coordinators : Rebecca Diza and Hyerim Jin
• Research/ book/ schedule social functions
• Research/book/schedule community service events
• Meet with President and sponsor of Senior Men to coordinate social functions with them

First Wednesday of each month 3:00 - 4:00 pm Room 257

Any Senior female

Community Service Project
We will be participating in a community service project in the Fall and in the Spring.

Tea Time:
We will be visiting a tea house and having tea this semester.  (Dates will be posted soon.)
