SENIOR (FALL SEMESTER) TRANSCRIPT:
SENIOR TRANSCRIPTS WILL BE AVAILABLE STARTING THURSDAY, JANUARY 17, 2013. THE TRANSCRIPT WILL INCLUDE THE UPDATED RANKING AND FALL SEMESTER CREDITS.
Requirements for Enrollment 2012-2013
Students new to SBISD (or SBISD residents, who have moved within SBISD and will attend a school different than the previous year) must register for classes. A parent or legal guardian (court documentation signed by a judge), must be present to enroll students who are less than 18 of age. If the student is 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian is not required, however the student’s name is required to be on the lease.
Enrollment requirements include:
1.Immunization Record certified by a doctor or public health official.
2.Transcript or report card from the last school attended.
3.IF ENROLLING AFTER 1ST DAY OF SCHOOL YEAR, WITHDRAWAL PAPERS ARE REQUIRED!
4.Birth Certificate or other document suitable as proof of a child’s identity.
5.Proof of residence (VALID Current lease agreement (student and parents names REQUIRED on lease), mortgage payment statement, property tax bill, or a notarized statement to verify that the child lives at the residence listed).
6.Social Security (if available)

Family Access is a convenient home-to-school collaboration tool that allows parents/guardians of Spring Branch ISD students at the secondary level to keep track of their children’s academic progress online via an easy-to-use web site.
As a parent you will be able to view the following:
• Student Info • Attendance • Emergency
• Grades • Progress Immunization
• Classes • Gradebook* • Unofficial Transcripts
*The Gradebook page displays current grade information. Teachers will have 7 school days (exceptions made for major projects) from the assignments due date to enter grades.
To get account, user name, and password information:
1. Complete the form at the bottom of this page
2. Return this page along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to
Registrar’s Office, Spring Woods High School, 2045 Gessner, Houston, TX 77080.
Information can be viewed only by authorized users with a valid User ID and password. This is the standard method for securing access to private information. Users should exercise the same care to keep their passwords secret as they do with their ATM PIN (personal identification number). It is ultimately the users’ responsibility to prevent disclosure of their login names and passwords.
