Members of the Parris Foundation were special guest on Tiger Talk on September 10, 2026. Tiger Talk is the weekly podcast the journalism students do on Spotify! The Parris Foundation provides students will the information they need to attend college.
The journalism students were practicing their interviewing skills today on Tiger TV. They did segments with Staff Sergeant Kassandra Cortez with the United States Marine Corps, Sergeant Konitzer Otchwemah with the United States National Guard, and Alfred D. Bacon, with the Parris Foundation. All of these guest will appear on Tiger TV next week to help students know they options they have after high school.

The amazing Spring Woods High School Student Council runs a food pantry on campus. It is called Woods Goods! It is located in room 701. They offer free food, clothing, and toiletries. Woods Goods is open every Friday until 4 PM. Anyone is welcome to stop by! Donations are appreciated!
